This is one of the essential techniques used in planning the training path for human resources, it aims at introducing the participants to the training subject matter, equipping them with the sound concepts and proper scientific methodology, and enriching all this with the pragmatic experiences and practices. All of this is totally sharpened in a gradual way (explaining concepts and theories through lectures, use of modern training techniques that strengthens knowledge and expertise of the participants, use of case studies, field studies, and visiting experts).
All of this is implemented gradually over a percod preferably not less than three months, varying according to the subject. A set of these programs are available to us as shown later. We have been working hardly to increase and activate these programs as a service to the Arab market. These programs will be offered as soon as they are designed, formulated and examined and after they are defined by the specialized experts each in his own field.
In case such programs are requested by certain establishments, a part of it will be reformulated as has been agreed upon before when defining the certain topics, and in a way parallel to the methodology that satisfies the needs of the client. These programs have proved their effectiveness and added value to the participants which will, in turn, reflect on their organization.
