The internal auditor’s report is a vital management tool, because it contains leads to the weaker points in the organization as well as recommendations of dealing with these points. It lays down the basis for changing the procedures so as to develop the work processes. That is the IIA has developed certain outlines for these reports to follow, which will be discussed in detail during this program.
